During a website hosting (or) domain point you may face below error message on the front-end page sometimes . This issue is happening because of your server is not able to connect your domain. Which means your Domain pointing/configuration is not proper.
Solution:
You have to do proper pointing for your server IP in DNS section. I configured my website in Godaddy. Here for example will show you one sample screenshot
