RMA:
A Return Merchandise Authorization, or RMA is an enterprise edition functionally. It wont be in Community version. RMA helpful to request or return the product by customer to store throw online. Customer can return the product alert throw online, also the return process is like exchanges the product, refund the product, store credits.
Once customer return or request the product alert, immediatly admin people will get the alert.Also if the admin people process (like accept or declain the this request) then immediatly customer will be notified.
MyAccount from Customer End :
If you go my-account (after login) section, you may get this feature.
1. Open any of the past complete orders – click RETURN link
2. Once select the return link, customer will get the request form. There customer can choose the reason to return. Like qty or resolution , or pack open..etc
3. Once fillup the form Submit the form.
Admin End :
4. After submit the form by customer then admin can see the customer request and they can create a shipping label from – sales – RMA – Mgmt RMA section.
5. Admin can do approve or declain the customer request. Once admin done this changes, it will refelect imdly from customer end.
Customer End:
6. Customer can see the status of request from Myaccount – Returns. So customer can print shipping label to back item
7. Admin once got the return product item, then they can create a credit memo or refund the money back to customer or etc..
